This slimline camera has a maximum outside diameter
of only 1.750 inches. Its small design is perfect
for inspecting small boreholes, monitoring wells,
and in some cases, getting between the casing
and pump.
The
camera has the following operator controlled features;
adjustable focus, electronic shutter (iris), low/med/high
lighting controls, slow/med/fast rotation, rotation
direction (clockwise/counterclockwise), front
view, side view selection and can withstand a
depth of 5,000 feet. The ring light allows for
unobstructed viewing in tight spaces. The camera
uses LED lighting technology that has a 10,000-hour
operating life. Camera housing is pressurized
with dry nitrogen to help displace moisture and
minimize corrosion..

Dual view cameras provide both a downhole view and
a detailed, 360 degree continuous scan of sidewalls.
A side view allows an operator to examine wall,
casings, infiltration, screen, gravel pack, encrustations,
deterioration, perforation blockage or other physical
damage. All models feature rugged stainless steel
construction and operate from most single conductor
systems. CCV dual view cameras provide rotating
image elements placed completely within the stainless
steel housing. No moving high-pressure seals, which
may leak or bind, are used. All cameras have a pressure
rating of 2500 psi. All are resistant to vibration
and shock. NTSC or PAL video formats available. |
